Spasms in strip behind testicles during orgasm and pain in back of right testicle.

Hello, I have been experiencing some very strange new changes in my reproductive system and hoping for some advice or help. After I ejaculate I have been getting spasms in the strip of skin behind my testicles that is all new and I have no idea what that is or what is located there. Also I have noticed pain reocurring in the same location a few times in the back of my right testicle. It is causing alot of anxiety. Any advice, input, ideas or shared experiences please by all means share it with me. It will be greatly valued and appreciated.

As of today. Starting to believe it's actually a sciatic nerve or prostate enlargement. The back of legs are hurting, lower back, a bit of trouble urinating, pain in abdomen. Would anyone happen to be familiar with those two things and have more knowledge about them?

Alrighty, it seems it was possibly epidydimidis or something like that. Was checked out. Seemed swollen. Was put on Antibiotics. Felt almost instant relief. Thank you for your input and time.

Right on and thank you. That does help. That is greatly appreciated. That seriously makes alot of sense. That sounds very much so what is going on here too. It is occassional just as you said. That has been freaky to me when it happens and you never have had experienced that before.Thank you very much for taking the time to help. That was of help. Again that really makes sense that it could very well be muscular too. That is was just tight or unused or do you think maybe even overused? Very interesting and very logical. On the pain had read up that it could be something to do with the sciatic nerve. I guess it causes your lower back to hurt. The back of your testicles. All kinds of stuff. Abdominal pain. Hmmm.,..

Hi Then it could be the cramps moving up higher into you or affecting your testicles, get the cramps sorted then the rest should fall back inplace, and get back to normal.

I have had pain in my perenium ( Behind your balls) and I've tried to notice any pattern to it... I have noticed that if it has been around a week or so since the last time I ejaculated, it will be painful. Also, I don't remember if it's one of those times it's been a while since I ejaculated, but if there was a  lot of foreplay, or take my time doing it my self, I will ejaculate so much that I think the urethera feels like it shrinks during this time and when u *** I think maybe the pain is it stretching or spasming ..? I hope this helps.. The testicle pain I'm unfamiliar with that...

Hi, thank you for your response. No, no lifting or anything although I had had pains in my legs before hand and had really bad muscle cramps in legs. Thank you again for responding. It has only been going on for about 4-5 days. I really appreciate your response.

Hi, Have you been doing any heavy lifting or any kind of straining, moving heavy things from awkward angels, because what your saying sounds like a strain.
Just how long has this been going on, and does any of the above ring any bells.
Good Luck
