Too much porn/masturbation cause ED?

Hi I m a 28 year old and suffer some degree of ED in recent. I start masturbated since I m 19 and usually use porn as a form of visual stimiulation. I have observed that I have lost the ability to maintain erect during intercource or I only get weak erection. My question is: does masturbation in association with porn will "exhaust" my interest towards sex and create a negative impact on my ability to get aroused in real sex? I m worried cause I think I m still young to have physical cause  for ED. Any thought?

JAgaJM,
Thanks for the encouraging words. I have recently M but tried no to finish. I didn't realize this is just as bad a finishing. I have cut back but I continue to relapse. I keep going back to porn. I keep telling myself that I, only going to look. But not touch. 70% of the time I end up touching myself. This is so damn hard to quit. Most of my relapse happens first thing in the morning when I reach for my iPad. I need to dicline myself to not turn it on until I'm up and out of bed. It's a struggle, but I'm not giving up. Good luck to everyone out there.

I finally heard of the death grip and the addiction of PMO ! I do PMO with death grip 1,2,3 times a day (and someday more) since the age of 11 !

I have never feel anything in a *****, I in 20 days without PMO, the week 1 i felt very good, very horny, lot if energy, blow hanging **** and balls, good spirit, big erections during the night but since day 10 im in flatine, im depressed, my **** and my balls are shrinked, its horrible !

The question is : Should I have sex with a girl to wake my brain and f*ck dat flatine or just wait ??
How long this flatline is supposed to last ?
And for those how had a DE from death grip, how many days did you need to be able to *** with a woman ?

If blood circulation is normal in groin area and lower abdomen, sexual arousal will be normal. Search for groin exercises and pick up those which resonate with you and practice regularly. You will proper erection and regular morning wood. Male deer exercise is one of many popular exercises. Google Male deer exercise, kegel exercise, .

Great post man, I appreciate your words of wisdom.

I think I am set on the road to recovery. I am heavily involved with a full time job, night and weekend classes, so my mind is focused on quality things to uplift myself.  I think I masturbated to test myself how I would feel, I didn't have any overwhelming urge to do it, it was a purely mental process. The only thing about masturbating for me is that it leaves me feeling tired the next morning.

I have been with women in the past, when I was in the porn stage but since I started recovery I have not been with one.  I get erections from hugs, hand holding or just standing close to a lady I am attracted to.  The erections don't last long though, the erections last anywhere between  3 - 6 seconds and go back down, and the erections are not rock solid either.

I never mentioned this before, but I was always concerned if enough blood flow is going to the root of my penis, the top part seems to be hard but it does not stand up like when I was younger.  when I am erect it still hangs down,  it is not strong enough to point upwards or straight infront of me (on its own).

Don't lose faith, keep going, Recovery dates and cycles are not set in time. Mine took about the 90-100 day mark. Between days 30-80 I would have sex and it was good-average-lame; but never was it a super experience. After about the 100 day mark, I was having sex like a porn star ( hate to use the word porn but have to express how great my erections were). Now, in my research of talking to other addicts, there were some addicted guys who were able to get their erections back in 30 days, and their addictions and erection dysfunctions were just as horrid as mine. But I didn't get discouraged cause I could not recover in 30 days. In fact I saw an episode on Dr.Phil that talked about porn addiction and the medical professionals they had on there said you have to quit masturbating all together ( including porn) for 30 days to get recovered. That must be just a general medical theory, as this whole addiction to masturbation and porn/erection dysfunction is really a new epidemic.

And yes, it's difficult to talk about women like this, but some vaginas are not able to fully contract around the penis. For reasons that are obvious ( child birth, prior relationships where the male had tremendous girth). It is just nature. I recall during my recovery having sex with a girl 12 years younger then me. I was 32, she was 20. I recall jerking myself to get hard, putting on a condom and staying hard the entire time. This was many 40 days into my recovery. It was obvious this young female was not as sexually experienced as women I had been with before. My penis just contracted around her vagina and kept is hard. I just stayed hard. The next day I was smart enough to realize I was not recovered. I knew that I just happen to be with a young lady who has not had a lot of sex.

But SammyWinchester, to be honest, I would guess your issue with the lady that night might be a combination of all the things you talked about. Your recovery, her large vagina, and that she was wet.
