1. Do u hold the PC muscle, the one u use to stop urine flow and to hold erection/ejaculation? Or do u just hold it when u r about to ejaculate?

2. Are there any bad effects holding it for the whole masturbation session? My penis wont erect as big as it could if i do this, maybe cuz the blood flow is held. And i had been doing this for years (from 14 to 19 y/o) with these only 70% quality erections, would it cause my penis to shrink/stunt penis growth? Do our penises grow during our teen years cuz of the hard 100% erections?

So my fapping technique was:

(1)flaccid
(2)hold PC muscle tightly-stroke with hand
(3)after seconds, release it
(4)then, it goes a little erect
(5)after that, hold the PC muscle again
(6)release the muscle and it goes a little bit more erect
(7)so on..so on..from (2) to (6) until i ejaculate

The thing was, i forced it to ejaculate it in 1 minutes
only everyday without achieving full erections and ive been doing it for 5 years, from 14 to 15 y/o. I dunno, when i did that 'hold and release', i cummed fast.

Recently, i noticed my technique was wrong. So, i start jerking off without holding it and the sensation was great. I also last very longggg. Now, i know why jerking off has been boring these years.

But, did i stunt my penis growth by not achieving full erections all the time?

Also, the penis has shrunk, i measured. It even should have grown these years, rather than shrinking. It is now thinner, not that my palm becomes bigger, really.
