Severe headaches after exercise

Does anyone get severe headaches after exercise? I would describe my headaches as pressure that increases throughout the day. I do not have a history of headaches and have been dealing with this for 20 months. I finally went to a doctor and got an MRI. My findings included Microangiopathic gliosis. Other possibilities are migraine or edema. Could this be related to my headaches? I am also exsperiencing some neurological symptoms like loss of balance and dropping things. I am consistantly lightheaded as well. Going to see a neuro in a few days but I just wanted to know if anyone could relate.

Hi
Exercise headaches can be primary exercise headaches, which are usually harmless or secondary exercise headaches caused by some underlying disorder like sinus infection, obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid flow, hemorrhage or tumor in the brain. Strenuous exercise causes dilatation of blood vessels inside the skull.
Your headaches might be related to microangiopathic gliosis. Since you are experiencing like loss of balance and lightheadedness, you should get yourself evaluated for some other neurological condition.

Hope it helps.
