It could be caused by the LP, as post lumbar puncture headaches and back ache are not uncommon (check out the MS page for loads of advice!).
If you headache gets better when you lie down, then you can ask to have a blood patch done. In any case, contact the clinic that did your LP, they should be able to offer you help.
