there is slightly altered signal adjacent to the lateral ventricle,left greater than right which is of questionablr clinical significance?

"questionable of clinical significance" often just mean the significance of these finding are unknown....JJ

I think but i am definitely not sure, if it this is making reference to Periventricular white matter changes, Periventricular means next to the ventricles so it might be related, sorry that's the best i can do with the information you've provided.
