Could I have MS?

My symptoms, choking periodically, foot drop periodically, balance issues, numbness right cheek, rt arm, rt leg.  Sometimes also on left side, "Bug Bite" sensations anywhere, resting tremors, flailing arms if resting too long.eye pain right eye, Macular Degeneration left eye, Pressure in chest that I think are muscle spasms with heat sensations that leave me very fatigued.  Extreme fatigue if I get too hot ( I have always been able to take the south Texas heat.)  Right eye doesn't track properly, so I get to feeling faint or dizzy and nauseous walking down the ailes of grocery/department stores. Right let weak.  spells of hands getting weak, Example, writing and pen slides out of my hand, can't open a tub of Country Crock margarine. I have always been very strong.  Used to walk three brisk miles three times a week.  Lucky if I can make it 20 yards sometimes due to feeling like my brain is going to explode, dizzy and legs feel very heavy.  Had all heart tests done, heart is healthy.  1 Cat Scan, 3 MRI's head only, nerve conduction study normal.  Lots of blood work, all normal.  The chest spells come on about twice a day now.  I have never been a panicky person, very even keeled emotionally.  I do get down when I get really fatigued. I also get mad whe I get absurd diagnosis.  2 1/2 years ago I got a black eye, when I blackout for a split second while moving a cabinet down some steps and my face hit it.  That was the beginning of the dizziness. One doctor after reviewing two years worth of tests, said that I was lying about the black eye and that I must have an abusive husband who also cheats, so he said I had to be tested for syphillis as it could have gone to the brain.  I was livid, but if I did not do the test, what were the odds that a doctor would work with me if I refused.  Now that the numbness is here to stay, I recently went that to nuero #4 who said that sense I don't have a brain lesion I need a shrink.  I have always been the picture of health, pride myself in maintaining my weight and muscle tone, 53 year olds, 120 lbs, 5'2", We cook our meals and eat healthy, lots of fresh vegetables, very little deserts, no fried foods.    I do have an aunt with MS.  I would like to find out what is wrong, but get so humiliated with doctors.  If they can see it on an image, I'm not sick.  I also see zigzags of strobing in my vision and once a light so bright like a headlight, that I did not see a red light and ran thru an intersection.  I have had issues where I would try to write a note and could not make my hand write correctly, curving backwards instead of forwards.   Little glitches at times climbing stairs and suddenly could no make my right foot pickup, then suddenly work again.  My physical therapist says it is definitely something going on in my brain causing these issues.  No one sees the need to MRI my back.  If I lay flat on my back now, my legs always go numb. I cannot free-stand, must lean against something or sit down to keep from feeling like I am going to faint.  The chest issues can be brought on by free standing too long, bending over, walking up an incline.  Looking up tilting my head back. What is my next step?  Do
I need to treat the nerve symtoms?  Can the numbness do more nerve damage?

Get a CTA scan imediately. That is a cat scan with dye injected into your veins so that the flow of your blood can be seen. This way they can tell how and where your blood is going. It is the only way to see a brain anurysm! Almost all of your symptoms point to a brain anurysm!

Hi and welcome.

Your post is very hard to read because it is a big block of text with no breaks. Many of us here have trouble with eye tracking (including me) and so are not likely to read it and comment.

Could you cut and paste it below, breaking it up into small paragraphs with white space between? Our welcome post at the top explains this and other matters of interest to new posters.

Thanks,
ess
