Could this still be ms or something else entirely?

I feel like no one believes me.  So about 4 years ago I started having migraines and trouble walking.  Then my hands began to tremor and lock up,  as did my feet.  Then came the slurred speech,  involuntary twitches,  blanking out,  etc.   Come to find out,  my spinal cord is compressed and had acdf surgery.  Fast forward one year.  I'm falling,  the tremors are back,  forgetfulness,  lack of strength,  lack of feeling in my legs (can't feel pin pricks), using a cane to walk,  etc.   Non contrast  mri of entire spine shows herniations but no impingement.  Emg and conductive tests normal.  Non contrast brain mri normal,  bloodwork for all other diseases normal.  Am i going crazy?  I don't have carpel tunnel,  but I have video and pictures of my fingers and hands locking up,  and the tremors are noticeable.   What have we missed? Could this be ms even though the non contrast was clear? I'm about to lose my job,  but I don't know what else to do.  I know I hurt,  I know i can't feel parts of my body,  and I know something is there.  I wouldn't have these symptoms for 4-6 years now and it be nothing.   Thoughts?

Be sure to look into Lyme disease!  Lyme disease can cause all the same symptoms as MS and the testing for Lyme disease is only 50 percent accurate.

There's a great Lyme disease section right here on MedHelp,  go post in it, there's alot of helpful people in that section!  I know from personal experience

Hang in there and good luck!

Have you seen a neurologist? For MS to be seen on a brain MRI it has to be done under MS protocol with and without contrast. What you describe may not be MS. I am not sure what is wrong but it something. If you worry about MS you should go to a MS Specialist.
