Its not! Its no worse for PWMS than it is for anyone else but i think you might find this idea is wrapped up in the asparatine (sp) mimic.

The asparatime myth of MS has been debunked. That said the stuff kills ants and dogs so I avoid it because I do not think anything that does that could be good n quantities for humans. But I also think if it makes someone happy than drink it.  Life is short.

Aspartame is said to produce symptoms similar to MS. I should think that if you already have MS you don't need any more symptoms.

PS...I also eat real butter and use REAL whipping cream.
