As you know I'm undiagnosed, but up until 2 years ago, season changes never bothered me. Summer was my enemy but now I do find the season changes seem to affect my symptoms more. Energy? What's that? lol

I was doing great until the weather changed (and my cycle started)... now I have these weird seizure thingies. I guess it's progression.
Hi there...just a question about being tired because of low Iron? Is it common for people with MS to be low on Iron?? I am and just wondered if you heard of such a thing?
It's most likely something other then MS...but wanted your opinion..thanks

Gotta look glamourous, even on overcast autumn days. : )
It's probably the sunglasses! You can't tell that the seasons are changing!
I was only diagnosed a year ago and so far, I have not noticed that the change in seasons affects my symptoms.
Summer is evil.
Rinse and repeat.
In the past I haven't really noticed, summer has always been (since 2006) a really bad time for me with no relief at all from symptoms.
But, the change from summer to fall this year has been difficult. I haven't had any new symptoms in a while, but when cooler nights started I've had a few new symptoms and the old ones are being a pain, literally.
One of the old symptoms, bad pain in the heels of my feet, has been unbearable. Makes it almost impossible to walk, and it has worsened since the cooler weather has arrived.
Kind of disappointing cause I've been looking forward to cooler weather and hoping I would feel better. Guess I'm in the stage of never getting any relief, no matter the season.

I almost asked a similar question two weeks ago. At times on the forum, it seems like everyone is on "heightened allert".
Most of my stuff seems to flare in winter. Once upon a time, I would have included summer; however, now that I know to avoid overheating . . . this past summer was great.
Yes: Winter
