The worst and weirdest thing I get is a tingling in the inside corner of my eye. It isn't like an itch, but rubbing it really hard is all I want to do when it happens, but I've given myself a black eye doing that before. It's SO frustrating. I refrigerate my eye drops so that I can put them in and change the sensation for a little bit and I put MSM/Aloe pain relieving gel practically in my durn eye cuz I'd rather have burning that that weird non-itch that is in a part of my body I can't even reach. I get the same feeling in the inside of my nostril sometimes too, but it's not as bad there, prolly cuz I can touch it. I wet a q-tip and stroke it along the itch in the nose.
Occasionally my limbs will jerk. I usually hit a cat. The weirdest one is my right makes a fist and my wrist will do a little flourishy twist thing and it makes cracking sounds when it does it.
I get the crawlies really bad on my legs pretty often now, but I also get them in just one half dollar size spot on the top right of my head. I just have to keep brushing my hair so I won't dig my nails in and rip hair out. My hair is really short too, so it looks really silly to anyone who sees me doing it. Hooray for gel grip brush handles!
My sentences will come out in like 4-5 syllables, instead of words, that if you really try you can kinda pick out how it happened, but never consciously re-create it. It makes for really funny things. When I saw the preview for Jennifer's Body recently I turned to my boyfriend and made the oddest sounds with eyes wide open and excited. I wish I'd recorded it, cuz it was adorable. Sorta like, "nyuh i ha wan c!" What I meant to say was, "Jennifer's body is HOT; I DO want to see that movie!' He said I sounded like a very excited little animal. If I had more important things to convey I'd be more frustrated by it I think. It's taken some getting used to as I used to be quite the stickler for grammar and enunciation. So much for that pretentious person. I'm just happy if I can whole words out now. =]
I also can't think and talk at the same time. Talk about foot in mouth. I don't even recall what I said to people when they become offended. It's the worst when answering questions, cuz I'll just blab on and on and then realize that I've been hearing my voice for awhile and that must mean I'm supposed to be answering a question. I've gotten real honest about it; I just stop mid-sentence and say that I don't even know what I'm talking about or why I'm talking at all. It drives my boyfriend crazy, cuz it'll seem like I'm with it for awhile before I reveal that I'm sooo not. He'll repeat stuff that I've just said a few moments ago and I am sometimes shocked that I was so insightful or intelligent when I was not even "there" at all. Honestly folks, typing and revising backwards thoughts and mish-mashed words is the only way I sound halfway intelligent these days. In real life it sounds like English is not my first language. It used to be my forte.

Diemyn
Hi, i totally understand the tip toe ballerina walking style, thats what happened to me after i started walking like Vergil from thunder birds (puppet style) for weeks and weeks, as i made each step the foot wouldnt stay flatten out like its suppose too, almost like wearing invisible 10" heels. Not sure how it happens but its a sight to see, knees bent, arched feet, off balance and tremor rumbling like an out of balanced engine making me bounce up and down with each step until the foot drop has you tripping on invisible lumps in the floor, weird absolutely!
Now if i think of annoying things, it would have to be the tremor (s) i sleep with the feeling of still shaking or buzzing, i'm awake and the tremor is rappidly shaking my body left to right even when i dont move i feel it still, I move and you can see my head, fingers, hands, arms vibrate and it feels like my body is constantly aching because its always switched on. The temor that is sudden and unexpected when i reach for something, knocking things over, stabbing the keyboard, trying to write, poking out my eye instead of moving that stray hair, stabbing myself with my tooth brush, fork etc its never expected and always annoying because i have to rest even when i dont feel fatigued, if i dont rest i cant stand it by mid-afternoon my body hurts too much and the tremor goes out of control.
Another weird one is when the tip of my nose has the same weird tingle numbness as my thumbs, thankfully its not all the time, only thing to do is squeeze it hard which seems to temperarily change the sensation long enough for it to settle. Funny when i'm trying to find my nose but my hand keeps jerking away from the target, i look like i'm swatting an invisible fly. :)
Got to have a sense of humor!
Cheers.....JJ

Hah.... where do I begin?
I think the cognitive issues have been the scariest for me. From forgetting my coworkers names, to misspelling simple words, to forgetting what things are called, I think I've experienced it all! The worst part was those two or three months when I had problems talking, because I couldn't think of the words I wanted. Then there was that month when I would be talking to somebody, and would totally lose track of the conversation - to the point where it was like somebody else was having the conversation. I thought I was losing my mind.
Then there's the paresthesia - creepycrawleys, tingling, numbness, buzzing... ick. The last two months the right side of my face has felt ice cold - like I was holding an ice cube to it. Sometimes it's painful. I used to be able to hold my hand to my face, and the warmth of my hand would convince my brain that it wasn't cold. Nowadays it doesn't help - still just feels cold and hurty.
A few months ago, I was having myoclonic jerks of the back - or maybe tonic spasms, we're not sure. Sitting around watching tv and all of a sudden, wham! My back arches and my head snaps back. This got old after the third or fourth time.
The original MRI that led to my diagnosis showed only one real lesion, in my cerebellum. It explains the right-sided weakness, but none of my other problems. So there's obviously a lot of stuff that the neurologist doesn't know.
my goodness...we do have some strange and weird issues...
have a good weekend..

I have so many.............hahaha
Well, the most aggravating one is what I can "the creepie crawlies". Always happens mostly on my face and head, feels like spiders are crawling on me.
Wibbly wobble mode........if I ever lean to one side, it's over I go, with no stopping in the middle
Curly toes...........my toes will just curl completely under and it is very painful
doni
definitely L'hermittes - it's so strong now the muscles in my legs go into spasm and the left leg jerks which looks really odd if I happen to be walking at the time!
also the feeling that my left inside thigh is wet - I keep checking which also looks odd...especially if the L'Hermittes happens at the same time...

I think they are all weird! :)
But the weirdest for me is probably some of the buzzing/tingling sensations I get.
The scariest is probably the vertigo and the walking like a drunk person if I spend too much time outside in the heat.
Chrisy
burning sensations that start up at anytime, eyes that wander and won't focus,
left leg will do what it wants, yesterday it started walking sideways, when I was walking forward...
and my leg wanted to go on it's toes...like a ballerina... my hubby just laughed...I laughed but didn't think it was so funny...I was outside..if anyone saw, they must have wondered??
take care

I sometimes think my cell phone which I keep on vibrate is in my lap and its not.
I am sure I gave fiber glass insulation between the same two fingers.
In yoga class my leg starts shaking uncontrollably.
