update on kidney stuff/vitamin D (Quix, please read)

I had my cystoscopy and my bladder is perfect, but I do have a kidney stone too large to pass so I'm going to have to have it blasted (found out today there is a link to copaxone on that one after I talked to Shared Solutions and re-read the literature). I am really upset, though because when they did the CT of my kidneys, they saw "low density of the right lobe" blah blah of the liver. So now, I have to go for a 3 phase CT of my liver on Wednesday (radiologist recommended). Frankly, I'm scared spitless. Any encouragement you can give me Quix?

I stopped the copaxone because the injection site reactions were awful. My neuro said he figured that was going to happen when I started having reactions, but at least I got about a year on it.

I also found out my vitamin D is very low at 12, so I'm probably going to be going on prescription D3.

I had my CT scan on Wednesday. Dr. called Friday, wants me to call. Gotta wait to Monday. Liver enzymes perfect. Any thoughts?

Hi,

I saw your post going to the dreaded second page and decided to bump it so that Quix might see it again.

My vitamin D is low too. I'm a limbolander but Elaine educated me on the basic of what your levels should be. Your Vitamin D should be between 30-50. Preferable 50 if you have MS or an autoimmune disease process. D3 is very important to have especially since your levels are so low.

Take Care :)
