Hi, here are a couple of hints. All the stuff until March 2006 is irelevant. Just remove it.
Explain what you mean about arm "fluttering."
I assume you used all caps for the forum. Use regular type and put double spaces between dates. The last paragraph needs tightening. Put similar symptoms or symptoms in the same body part together.
Finish talking about a symptom before you jump to another.
January 2007
Diagnosed with "Bilateral Optic Neuritis" - Left side worse than the right. Vision would (I don't understand "black in and out" Do you mean your vision would go black - how long, how often???)
**(Tam, you need to talk about whther the symptoms continued all year, came for a time (how long???) and went or what ))
Both arms (equally???) feel weak and heavy. I drop things a lot.
Pain and weakness R in arm and leg. Pain keeps me awake. Sometimes pain is so severe I cannot walk. Difficulty lifting R leg even to climb stairs sometimes. Have tripped and fallen on stairs, because of this twice. Pain comes and goes during the day, but is worse at night.
Some days feels confused (how??? difficulty remembering things, names, are you lost??)
January 2008 to Present --
Vision goes black less often
Right side now definitely weaker, heavier. Dropping things more often.
Pain in both hips radiating down to feet, definitely worse on right side. Sometimes I can't bend over because of the pain. My feet feel heavy and hard to move, also worse on the right. Both feet burn all the time.
I awaken at night with my legs shaking and cramping up. The cramps are so tight they feel "locked up" and I can't move them much.
Can't tolerate heat or cold. Makes me feel weak and faint. Family is comfortable but I feel like I'm burning up and then I feel cold. Can't take hot showers or baths. Now take tepid baths.
Physical therapy did not help with the pain and weakness. I couldn't tolerate the warm water in Pool therapy and stopped, because it just made me feel more fatigued.
My legs are always cold (to the touch or feel cold to you or both???)

Okay, You don't have to do it exactly this way, but this is one idea. I got confused in your last 2 paragraphs about how long symptoms stayed for, which ones have been daily for the last year.
I hope this helps. Quix
just wanted to bump this for help..... i really would like to know what you all think i know it is long but pls help
