pulsing pain in feet/hands

Hi, i have had MS for 12 years, am on Tysabri for 3.  I have a new symptom where my feet and sometimes my hands have a shooting or pulsing pain where it feels like the pain you have if they have gotten very cold  and are warming up.  Any ideas?

Hi there,

Welcome.  Ouch! What you describe sounds painful and I only remember pain like this when I was pregnant. Had it exactly like you describe with changing temps. Very painful.

So much of our problems are blamed on MS I tend to lean on the side of recommending a good physical and check-up from your MD to make sure nothing else is going on. Arthritis or something that you could actually get some medicinal relief from.

What did you treat your MS with prior to tysabri?

Nice to meet you d_Renee. Thanks for joining us,
~Shell

Hey, Renee - sorry, I've never had that particular paresthesia.
