Hi, Welcome to our forum. I am so sorry you didn't get a response. Things have been off-kilter since the holidays.
The history you give us does not sound particularly like MS. There have been reports of MS presenting with severe or new headaches, but they are not common. If you live near a city I would recommend that you see a headache specialist since this seems to be the most severe of your symptoms.
Your eye symptoms also seem to be very bothersome. The two major things you mention - halos and dry eyes - are not associated with optic neuritis. this is according to my neurologist, whom I respect a great deal. He is also a neuro-opthalmologist. When I was having halos from lights at night, he told me that this was more indicative of a refractive error (you are 20/20) or from glaucoma (you have been checked for this).
Your neck and back seem to be problematic and I would think that an MRI of your neck and spine would be a good idea. Your symptoms sound more like a problem in that area, in the vertebral column, though, rather than the spinal cord. Your PCP should be able to order this to see if the vertebrae and the discs are in good shape.
The only thing I can think off that would involve the spinal cord would be a Chiari malformation. This can often present as headaches and visual problems.
We have a forum for Chiari Malformations and you might want to inquire there:

You have dry eyes. I believe that dryness can cause the halo effect. Do you have a dry mouth? You might ask your main doctor (PCP) to check for any signs of an inflammatory autoimmune disorder. To begin with these are a series of blood tests. One of these disorders, called Sjogren's Syndrome, can cause dry eyes and dry mouth and have other symptoms also.
Mainly, I think that you need evaluation for your headaches, and maybe an MRI of your neck. MS seems very unlikely.
I hope this has helped.
