I think Halloween would be a fantastic day to do it. I know my family wont be expecting it. Another reason is all of my kids and grandkids will be over to get their candy. So no one will miss me! lol
I figure I'll have these hot legs limbered up good by then. This is so exciting! Thanks for suggesting this I can't wait.

Best wishes for a swift and successful surgery tomorrow!!! Please let us know as soon as you can how things went.
I know what you mean about sleep! For the past month I only sleep about 3 hrs a night, guess I'm gonna have to start taking that nap in the afternoons.
Well, just want to say I love ya and will be thinking of you all day tomorrow. Take care of yourself.

Hi Granny
Just read about your surgery moving forward, and I wanted to tell you that I'll say a prayer and wish you all the best with it
As for those little house slackers, OMG, I can totally relate,........I'm thinking, I'm going to go out, (since it's so close to Halloween), buy myself a purty little maid suit, you know, so that way, when I get home from work, I'll put it on, and then start my evening routine - then it will be VERY obvious, while they sit there, waiting on their supper, whose got it going on, and pulling their weight!
Think they'll notice? ha/ha

Good morning Maggie, It's 4:00am and I've just been up since 3:00am but that's okay I'm used to it. Seems like about 2 hours at a time is all I can sleep. At least I don't have to go any where during the day so I can keep my 2 hour schedule.lol
My potassium remains good as far as I know but taking 7 potassium pills a day it should be okay.lol My surgery is still on. I have to be at the hospital at 9:00am and my surgery is at 10:30am. I am so ready to finally get this over with and get back into some hard therapy.
My PT is going to start me on some strength building exercises so I don't loose any muscle tone. We are both afraid me going off of my prednisone will put me back to where I was before. I never liked the idea of taking steroids, but that and PT got me out of the chair. So you can see why I'm scared to have to go off of it. I have to remain confident in knowing the good Lord knows what he's doing.
I don't know what my poor family will do when I have my surgery. They may starve to death and wear dirty clothes to their funerals.lol Sorry for the sarcasm but I've really been put out with the whole bunch of them lately. They expect me to cook, clean, and pick up after them when their done. I'm looking forward to the break.
Sorry for rambling, but you know what it's like when you can't sleep. By the way I'm feeling much better. I've even been taking a few walks outside. What about you? How are you doing?
I'll be praying,
Carol
