I think I have ms

Hi everyone. I suffer a lot from anxiety and have experienced tingles in my arms, legs, hands, feet and face. I've started to get cold sensations on my body and I'm terrified it's ms. Sometimes it's on my ankle, sometimes my calf and can be either leg. I've been getting it bad on my scalp also. Sometimes I will have a burning sensation on my legs or stomach. Does this sound like ms? I'd appreciate any input!

Hi, I do not think you would have to worry about MS. This symptoms that you have, could come from the anxiety witch you said you have a lot of. I would just try to relax and not to think of any of this for awhile, then you see if you would get better. If it is not just the anxiety, it could be many other things before you would even think of MS. You do not need to be scared.

So why waste time.  You need to go see a neuro.  The neuro will run tests.  Yes you have it or no you don't.

I will say anxiety is a very real problem and makes pain levels soar.  So it could just be anxiety.  In fact, it sounds like anxiety.  However, we are not doctors.  We are just people living with MS or people searching for answers.

To be honest, it took years to dx my MS because it wasn't the "norm".  So I would be pretty hard pressed to tell you...no it ain't MS.  Why?  Because I am positive that is exactly what I would have been told on an MS message board.  Mine sounded nothing like MS.

Please go see a neuro.  Settle it one way or the other.  Keep us posted.

From what you mention here to us - like Dagun, no, I too do not feel you need to worry about MS.

However, it would be in your best interest to go see your MD.
