Thanks, that is reassuring everyone. Like some of you have said before, it's hard to walk the line between hyperchondriac and blowing off the wrong symptoms in the beginning. I'm so glad I'm not having the toothache thing for now so hopefully that can hold off until we move and find new practitioners. I'm keeping my neuro though, she'll be just a little over an hour away and she rocks.
Anyhow, thanks for sharing your experience, it's really helpful. I've found so much support here in the things you all have told me and others. Happy New Year!
The thing that crops up most often if my husband has overdone things is leg weakness/RLS/pain. Even though he knows doing too much, getting overheated, etc. can cause increased MS symptoms, he still has a hard time NOT pushing himself. I also have a hard time not nagging, er "gently reminding" ;-) him to please try and not overdo...
Congrats on your move.

Hi CB -
I don't have any experience with trigeminal neuralgia. If your dentist is more accessible than your neuro, they will be able to rule out anything related to you teeth or jaw as the cause of your discomfort.
When I over do it my legs turn to mush. Depending on my degree of overdoneness I need to hold on to a counter, chair etc. to keep standing upright. If I don't hold on my legs slowly lower me floorward. They either forget that I'm trying to stand or don't have the strength to accomplish the mission.
Other times, following over exertion, my legs just hurt. It's not muscle pain but a deeper 'in my bones' kind of discomfort. In any case rest is the fix. My neuro advised me that over doing it won't accelerate my MS, but MS will make recover much slower.

I again caution that I'm no expert, but if I found myself in your situation, I think I'd make a note of these symptoms, including the activities you've described. However, if they have gone away for now and don't return soon, I wouldn't worry about them until your next neuro or dental appointment. I agree you've got a full plate (but congratulations!), so there's no use adding more stress to your schedule unless it's necessary.
At least for me when I get the TN it effects both upper and lower jaws on one side. And yes it feels like a very very very bad toothache for all of those teeth. But since everyone seems to experience things differently with MS it might have been TN in your case as well.
It is well known that stress or over doing it can bring on a Pseudo Flare regardless of what medication you might be on or how well it might be working. As long as everything is resolving that is what I expect you were going through.

The toothache feeling can be trigeminal neuralgia, as can (strangely) really severe earache. It's utterly horrible at the time but thankfully, can improve.
