LESIONS IN WHAT PART OF BRAIN CAUSES VERTIGO

Hey Everyone!
So if you read my recent post, you'll see I was told by my ENT the some of the vertigo I'm experiencing if from central nervous system, or brain involvment, and damage.  So where in the brain, or elsewhere would this kind of nerve damage or lesion be located?

I think that vertigo is more common with people who have lesions in the brain stem.

I posted to your previous question farther down. My lesion that is apparently causing the balance problem is on the "pons".

Hi Sandy,

I have lesions in cerebellar punducles bilaterally and left pons.... feel dizzy all the time. I get sooooo confused on stairs especially. Maybe this explains it?
