Lumbar puncture results

Hi,

I have been having chronic tension and migraine headaches everyday now for the past 5 years in the back of my head. Nothing has help. The meds, botox, nerve blocks, nothing. I had a brain MRI and it showed I have lesions that the Neuro thinks are just caused by the chronic headaches. I had one four years ago and there seems to be a good change from then til now. But he still thinks their caused by the headaches. I have black squiggly floaters constantly and started to see fireworks more frequently. I also have polyneuropothy in my legs that the Neuro can't figure out what the cause it. Sometimes my arms with go numb but not all of the time. I recently had a lumbar puncture and was hoping someone could help me with the results (the posted to the patient portal but with no insight as to what's wrong).
Lyme came back negative.
CSF Olig Bands 0

Cerebrospinal fld, IgG mine was 0.52 reference <=0.85

IgG,CSF mine 1.8 reference <=8.1

Albumin, CSF mine 16.5 reference <=27

IgG/albumin, CSF mine 0.11 reference <=0.21

Synthesis rate, CSF 0.16 reference <=12

Albumin, S mine 3640 reference 3200 to 4800

CSF/serum son index mine 0.21 reference <=0.40

IgG, S mine 756 low reference 767 to 1590

Serum, olig bands 0

Body fluids lymphs  mine 0% low reference 28-96%

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,  it says 0 in both the CSF and the serum. Do you know what the low IgG,S would mean?

Did you have o bands in the CSF? That is what they look for in MS two in the CSF with none in the serum. I had 12 in the CSF and none in the serum.
