Hi, what you are describing certainly does sound like an increase in spasticity. I would let your neuro know this. When pain like this suddenly starts up or worsens, you want to be sure there is no underlying source of pain or infection, so it might be a good idea to check a CBC and a urinalysis.
DMD stands for Disease Modifying Drug. That's what your Copaxone is.
Definitely call your neurologist.

YES I DO HAVE MS WAS DX 8/1/90. TAKE COPAXONE, BACAFLAN, AND CLONSAPAM. SORRY ABOUT MY SPELLING. I HAD A NEW MRI DONE ABOUT A YEAR AGO. It's impossible to guess what's going on with you without more info. Do you have MS? If so, are you getting regular MRIs and neuro evaluations? Are you being seen by a physical therapist? Do you take a DMD? What other meds are you on?
