Hmmm getting a little worried - MS?

Hi all I haven't posted for quite some time but am getting concerned with my general state of health.

Background

3 years ago paralysis in both shoulders with residual cramping and numb hands

MRI - positive for white lesions
MRI - repeat 6months later but no change

Neurologist said "Suspect demylination syndrome"

Couldn't demonstrate dissemination in time so no MS diagnosis

1 year later Tinnitus started on left hand side - comes and goes.

3months ago started getting numbness and tingling in left foot with very sore ankles

Today

Both legs cramping almost constantly with pins and needles, and a little weakness. Very stiff most of the time.
Almost constant Tinnitus
Weakness and cramping in arms, numb hands.
A few other vague symptoms - ED, urinary urgency, some slight dizziness

I am starting to get a little worried about my walking ability and MS and would appreciate any thought or comments.

Thank you in advance

Hi Poppy7402,

I had both brain and spine both times. I went to a orthopedic surgeon first as my GP thought disc herniation...but when he saw the white spots on the brain he said to see the neurologist. He also said my neck was a mess whatever that means. I should have questioned that. The neuro said he could see a little "smear" on the spine but nothing conclusive.

I believe I have more of a problem with my spine as I haven't really had any cognitive problems except a little dizziness.

I have similar symptoms to yours, except the tinnitus has been constant since 6 August last year.  I'm currently awaiting a repeat MRI on 19 April.

When you had your repeat, did they do your spine to see whether new lesions may have formed there, or what it just your brain?
