If you are searching for old post threads, such as previous discussions on different information such LPs,flares , new symptoms, etc you can go to  (Search this Community) and  find out what previous topics hsve been dicussed. This link is found at the top of the Recent Activity right side bar
Spelling is important as incorreclyt spelled words are not searched for.

Good luck!

Do you mean like instant messages? If so, unfortunately we do not have those.

The conversations are these questions and comments. So you have found them. :)

You can also have conversations through email messages (click on inbox at the top right to check yours) or notes. If you write an email-style message, only the recipient can see it. Notes are personal messages, but everyone can see them. If you click on someone's name, you will go to their profile. You can leave them a note from there.
