I am no doctor. MS usually affects one side of the body not both sides evenly. MS is not usually that wide spread. An easy way to find out if you have a neurological condition is to have your GP do a neurological exam. This is reflexes, following the finger with your eyes, pushing and pulling on limbs , etc. When my GP did the neurological exam and she could tell I did not get brain signals to the left and right side evenly. She then sent me to a neurologist.
There are many conditions which share symptoms with MS.

Hi and welcome,
There is nothing you've mentioned that is suggestive of a neurological condition like MS, any of the more common explanations would make a lot more sense than MS eg diet and life style, fitness, sleep deprivation, anemia - iron, vit deficiency - vit B, viral, allergy etc etc basic blood tests should find or rule out the common causes.
I had a quick look at your posting history and noticed over the years you've asked about the more serious medical explanations for what you've experienced and because you've specifically been asking about each different medical issue by it's name, basic but related understandings etc.......it's indicating to me that you potentially have a health related googling behavioural pattern going on.
This potential health focused behaviour, couple with the symptoms being generic (minor spasms, tremor, cognitive fog), of it being short duration and random, presenting basically widespread or all over your body (all limbs and face), and has a pattern of being noticeable when your at rest, looking at your hands checking etc is actually also suggestive of anxiety that is specifically focused towards your health.
'IF' you find you tend to start worrying about specific medical conditions after googling a symptom and reading about it, if you find you experience other condition related symptoms after reading and or the more focused your thoughts, constantly checking your body etc then a mental health issue like health anxiety is 'possibly' something you are dealing with, and it would be in your best interest to also speak to your doctor about.
Cheers...........JJ
Thanks you for you comments. In response to supermum_ms I would like to say that I do indeed suffer from hypochondria, it is a shame and I have had treatment for my anxieties in the past. however my anxieties seem to flare up whenever I am stressed and this usually manifests itself in the form of a new health worry.
Anyway I would just like to say thanks again for your quick responses.
