I'm so sorry to hear about your fall but glad that your are ok. :-)
I had my hair cut this year.......my first time having anything but very long hair. Mine is also quite curly now it's not so long. It's much easier I find as well because you can use the curl to your advantage. I hate the many cow licks I have though because they are simply annoying.
I will watch out for photos of you & Diesel.
Take care.......Karry.
Glad to hear your back from your adventure but it's not so good to hear you had a fall, you might of had a bit of luck, actually landing those suitcases, oh unless they where what made you fall in the first place, ouch!
I've got to ask, how do you feel with out the hair? :D
Cheers..........JJ
ps looking forward to seeing the pictures of you and Diesel
Sarah, so sorry about your fall! Those floors and luggage (in your case) come up and bite us fast! I echo the thoughts of others - I'm excited to see pictures of you and Diesel, too!
Speedy recovery!
Glad to hear the fall wasn't too bad for you.
Others:
Sarah sent me some VERY thoughtful gifts.for Xmas.
A book on canning ( it has been over 20 years since I have been able to do any canning).
A book on wildlife in ME. I am looking forward to using that to identify any of the creature I see while up there in ME.
I moose nicknack. I'll have to build a fireplace hearth to put it on in the living room. Giving it a home in my home.
And some old photos from the place up there.
Dennis
So much going on in your life - the haircut must feel amazing. Congrats on having curly hair- that is quite stylish. We don't realize how much hair weighs until we shorten it. Diesel will be such a great addition to your life - does he come to you in January?
keep resting those bruises from the fall - suitcases bite!
Well, I cut 12" off my hair and discovered the rest is curls……who knew? I think I will wait until I can get a picture of Diesel and I together, which won't be long; she will be 9 weeks just after Christmas. She already weights 13# at her last vet visit. She is at the "ankle biting" stage of puppyhood, she and all of her sisters.
I am feeling better now, my back was sore for a couple days. This dreary weather doesn't help! Am just hoping weather in the NW corner isn't bad when I try and get up there to pick up Diesel. They've had no school for the last week due to the ice and snow up there. We had sleet and snow while I was gone and the roof of the house is still white, weird looking as we saw nothing but rain on my trip.
I finished ripping out my youngest son's quilt from 1984 and am re-appliqueing it to new blocks. The fabric is in pretty good condition considering its age and a "boy" had it! LOL, but will require different stitching and a more grown up background, so we spent several days researching and shopping for that plus another winter quilt for next year. My friend just had one of her quilts published in a quilt magazine, I will try and put that on my page when I figure out how to get photo's from the camera to here, a bit tricky, I should have used the camera, that I know how to move.
Dennis will have to tell you what I sent him for Christmas!

I am figuring I am still in remission, and the fall is just something I do (hurry up Diesel, you have work to do) but other than that, am feeling good on the new combination of pharmaceuticals. My infusion in TN was delightful, such a wonderful place I went to, it was over before I could finish my ebook. I don't know yet if I am going to be in a washout period or continuing on Tysabri, need to call the neuro shortly but still sorting out the contents of my suitcases.
Good to hear from all of you!
Oh Sarah - Sorry to hear about your fall, I hope you are feeling better! I am going to work today since I don't like how my desk looks, I will return your message then! I am so glad you had fun, talk to you soon!
