Possible skin cancer on Gilenya

Hello all,
I have a mysterious looking thing on the center of my nose.  My inturnest is sending me to the dermatologist.  The earliest that they can see me is next Wednesday.  This 2 week wait is killing me.  I am incredably white with freckels.  I was an avid swimmer/lifeguard and lived outside as a child.  I distinctly remember that my nose got sunburned so bad one summer that it pealed off, scabbved up and repeated this all summer.  Now,I was useing sunscrean, but I guess iths it's limitations.I had to quit teching swimming lessons when I ws 21 after 2 weeks because I kept burning so bad.  I would wear spf 30 and zink oxide on my nose. I aslo donned a long sleve tshirt and a cap.  After 2 weeks, I was a mess.

I have been on Gilenya for just over a year.  I wonder if the darn thing showing up now is related.  I am 37.  Most of the damage was done before I was 18.  

Think positive for me for the next week!

You made it through one week of waiting, one more week to go. Try to relax, it'll be time gone by before you know it.

Good thoughts coming your way!  I'm glad you're seeing a dermatologist.  another thought that crossed my mind - it could be an allergic dermatitis reaction to the G.  Your derm will be able to tell the difference, for sure.  Good luck!
