Thanks for posting that Jen. I watched it and it was helpful. There was the usual fluff associated with these webinars, but the background information was helpful and some of the q&a was interesting.

The doctor suggested that one person who was on a lot of oral baclofen and didn't feel like it was working might have developed a tolerance for baclofen. I hadn't heard of that before and am now worried that maybe that's happened to me.

They did make the intrathecal baclofen pump sound very attractive. I would love to have something that really took away this spasticity. Of course, the webinar was sponsored by Medtronic, the makers of the ITB pump, so that may have influenced the rosy presentation.
