I was laughing at first,, then I felt a unbelievable feeling of anxiety,, it scared me,, well long story short, I did have my magellion,, both my phone and my daughters phone didn't work, because we were high in the mountains of Kentucky,,, but Thank Goodness for the magallion, got me to me moms,,, i'm telling you that was scarey,,,,, I just said that "things looked different"  because everything was out in bloom,,,,,,,,,

Yea well that's all I could come up with?

What is THIS???????  is this another FLAIR?? could it be another lesion?  is it because i just got over a virus?  Please tell me.  I pray this never ever happens again..

This could easily have been a mistake.  My brilliant and quite capable 23 yo niece got lost driving to see her G'ma and G'pa and ended up over the moutains and 150 miles away one Christmas night.  What can you say.

What I tell people is I have never been irrevocably lost: hey, I'm here now aren't I ??

Sorry to hear of your scary experience. I have not had such an experience. I do however have episodes of forgetfulness, and can't remember what I am doing or leaving one room to get something and forgetting what I am after. It is very annoying. My docs have written this off and not really addressed it when I have mentioned it. They must think being 47 yrs. old, makes this common. Frustrating........ Take Care girl.
Hugs and prayers,
Mike

Hopefully this was just a brain fart and bruise to your ego!  Don't be so hard on yourself!  We can all make absent minded mistakes doing the mundane.

You say you got anxious in the car (and who wouldn't), hopefully that normal response just caused a temporary short-circuit.

If you see a pattern, then raise the red flag higher.  If it was just the first time it happened, then we'll all just stay positive and hope for the best!

Take care

Well, I can't exactly say if you have another lesion or not... but I do know that when I had a flare, the first two days I was so out of it I got lost driving in places I'd driven most of my life. Yes, I was freaking out. And at one point, my friend, who was from out of town, was yelling at me when I took a wrong turn onto the wrong ramp on the interstate. Once I got over it I could laugh about it, but it seriously scared me as I'm usually pretty sure of myself when it comes to driving.

Now, I'm still undiagnosed... so....I don't what I have, or if this relates. (Grin)

But you aren't alone... it is rather scary! An NO, you are not losing it. Eventually others will chime in and agree! (smile)
