Right side weeknesss and hand burning more tingling

I have had weeknesss in my right leg upper quad area canes help some times.hands going tingling face everyone once in awhile. Major fatigue, a couple times the last 3 months my Hands and wouldn't bend swollen ach. Very upseting

I also been having headaches.  Going a neurologist may 17th. My. Reg dr. Order a MRI so l hope that will gave a ansewr??!
The thing that makes think I don't  have MS no urine peroblems my eyes ok some blurred vision but goes away after a day.
Any idea if this is a MS????? Thx

It doesn't actually sound quite right for MS, things like both hands being too swollen to bend and achy are not typically related to neurological conditions like MS so i'd advice you to keep open minded about causation, have you actually had any blood tests to see if there is inflammation or infection happening>
