First off, I hope you all don't mind if I keep posting in the MS community, you're all just such friendly people, that I can't seem to let go :). Lulu is right, most everyone seems to be in elevated spirits this week, which makes me smile. This will be the week to remember: of sharp objects, training wheels, and parties, woot!! Use that as a newspaper headline, and I'd be reading it, lol.
Not to much going on for me this week. Meds aren't helping with the pain, in fact it seems to be spreading, no worries however. I got to spend all day Sunday alone with my daughter (she's 5), as my wife's sister is in town, and went out shopping together....... :p . So Sunday was a great day, I love spending the days with just me and her. It would really had been nice if it was warmer out, so we could go down to the pond. Gotta love this wonderful Ohio rain today.
Ok, I think I'm through here. I hope everyone is able to enjoy some outdoors somewhere.

Having had hand tremors my whole life I learned to work with them. I used to thread cathers and draw blood on pets. I do delicate embroidery and paint whiskers on my painted animals. Also I was good at pottery and delicate clay sculptures.
One time doing HVAC with three phase electricity my screwdriver touched a live circuit because of my tremor. All I had left was the handle but I was not hurt.
There are something to be said for growing up with all the MS symptoms, you just do not know any better so you adapt.

Rena, we expect lots of pictures of your record catches !!! I know how much you love these fishing trips and hope that the weather and husband are perfect for this get-away.
Wow to everyone else - you all sound a bit perky and upbeat in your notes here. Perhaps the spring weather and longer days of sunlight really are lifting our spirits??
This evening I will probably go out shopping for a birthday present for a friend. That should be fun. I should start looking for something for our granddaughter who will be 5 in a few weeks! Even more fun!
I have an MRI Thursday morning followed by lunch with my co-workers. Since I haven't been able to work it will be nice to see all of them and get caught up. I can look forward to that while I am laying there in the tube.
That is about all that is official this week. Next Friday I see the neuro for the results of the MRI and follow up on how I am doing. I am hoping that my eye will be back to normal and that I can drive again. There is every chance, however that I'm done driving. My opthomologist suggested a few years back that I start seriously thinking about stopping, so this may be the catalyst. We'll see! (ooh, bad pun!)
I hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful spring. That is one benefit of being home - I get to gaze out the window or sit on the deck and enjoy the beauty that is all around me.

Well, I am going to take FULL ADVANTAGE of my tremor in my right hand/arm!!! I am going fly fishing and can you imagine the action I will be able to put on my fly with a tremor??? ha ha Seriously though I have been having the old symptom of the floor rolling like a wave at sea so the time in the boat should be interesting eh?? Haven't had that one for a while but it is a really creepy feeling!
We are going FISHING, FISHING, FISHING and MORE FISHING and camping and hiking (hopefully) and bear watching and moose watching (hopefully) and the best part...sleeping in the 5th wheel and having my hubby all to myself for two whole weeks!!!
I will be taking my laptop and have a turbo stick so I hope I will be able to check in here and there with you all...if not I will be back the first week of June! Hope everyone is well while I am gone and I will be in touch!
Lots of Hugs,
Rena
And I thought I was bad.... you've got me beat!
