Hi and welcome,
Health anxiety 'could be' one plausible explanation if you actually have zero diagnostic test evidence and additionally nothing neurological clinically wrong, to suggest causation could be a neurological condition like MS. If you believe mental causation is quite possible, I would highly recommend you alter or stop your current online behaviours as this may be fuelling your MS fears and need for continual reassurance that your fine.
Unfortunately, if you are experiencing mental health issues, it is in your best interest to seriously consider getting your mental health appropriately assessed. IF it turns out you have have a medical issue such as health anxiety or conversion disorder, you'll be able to change your tomorrows for the better by learning exactly how your mental health issue effects you and if necessary begin the recommended treatment.
Cheers.......JJ
I do not think you have to worry about MS. MS is not game over. I have had it for fifty years. I walk, I work around the house, ride horses, exercise and hour a day.

Hi NF -
Welcome to the group. As a single parent you must have much to worry about. MS should not be among these things :-)
It's not clear whether your neurological exams we3re done by you PCP or a neurologist. In any case there wer no neuro signs detected and ALL of your tests have been negative. Anxiety can be very powerful. I thinnk you will be better served by trying to get to the root of your anxiety.
It may help to know that havinng MS does not mean the end of life as you know it. I've hd it for over 20 years and if you saw me on the street you'd never suspect thing :-)
