Supplements that are important, according to my neurologist are B12, B6 and Vitamin D, Fish Oil (omega 3's)
She likes to see high B12 levels on blood tests, but B6 not out of range high as its one tied to nerve function and as it was explained to me, either too low or too high B6 levels are not good and can affect nerve function. I suggest you get blood tested for these before you start supplementing heavily.
EPA DHA is always good for what ails you. :) No harm there but be very sure to get Fish Oil or EPA DHA (Omega 3's) that are certified mercury and contaminate free. In this arena, the latest thing seems to be Krill oil. Its cleaner, more concentrated and the capsules are WAY smaller. ;)
Vitamin D should be in the normal to high normal range. Most of us MSers started out with low D levels. There again a blood test will let you know where you stand on D.
I was instructed to take L-Glutamine as well. It helps the gut permeability and should help the blood brain barrier, which in turn should positively affect the nerves.
I don't know anything specific for circulation but Omega 3s should help that a lot.

If by sick nerves you mean neuropathic pain, then by all means take the Lyrica you were given. I'm not much on supplements unless their effectiveness is documented scientifically. Too many old wives' tales out there.
