Hi there,
I'm not sure if you intended for your question to post in the MS community but what you are describing is actually becoming a very common 'modern day' occurrence due to things like texting, gaming etc. It 'could be' an indication of carpal tunnel but without pain, tingling, numbness etc it's more often just from habitual over usage, irritation of the nerve etc
This article explains hands.......

I would suggest you consider, if there is a potential habitual behaviour you do, that could be causing the issue, and if there is to try altering hand/arm positioning, minimise usage etc and if the issue still persists or worsens, to consult medical advice.
Cheers..........JJ

I'm not a doctor, and can't say what is causing the twitch, but it doesn't sound like MS. Initial symptoms of MS tend to be a bit more dramatic.
