hard time focussing...grrr!

sorry, not a question really, just a rant.  
been at work 6 hrs. so far and have only accomplished about 2 hours of actual work.

this lack of ability to concentrate is new over the last few weeks.  mind you, could have something to do with my utter indulgence in this forum over the last little while--LOL!

actually, a question after all...anyone have any tips on wading through the mental fog and focusing at work?

hmmm, great advice.  i'm going to make a list when i'm next in on wednesday.  thank you opie74, and agreed that coffee breaks are helpful throughout the day!!

I used to make a list of the tasks for the day.  As I thought of anything new, I would add it to the list.  If I found myself drifting off, I would look at the list and pick the one that interested me most or was the most expedient. If that did not work, I would get up and get a coffee and start again.  Hang in there!
