Anyone experience autonomic dysfunction with MS?

I've felt fairly fortunate to still be functioning fairly well after years with MS. But my foot drop and leg weakness kept getting worse and worse, until now I can barely walk up stairs - I have to lead with my left leg every step. About a year ago, I was told my MS has become progressive.

I've been having autonomic dysfunction symptoms - blood pressure extremes, heart palpitations, and extreme, frequent hot flashes. My internist thought it might be related to MS. Frankly, with so much wrong, it's hard to sort these things out. But the hot flashes are becoming intolerable! (I have only had them for the last month, and am long past menopause). Thanks
