Possible CIS episode?

One day last year I was having lunch at a Chinese restaurant with my mom when suddenly I felt very strange. I can't really explain it except for dizzy/light-headedness and feeling scared. Mom took me to the hospital where I received an MRI that found nothing out of the ordinary. But while I was at the hospital that day I developed a tic in my left shoulder/neck area. Every few seconds my head and left shoulder would violently jerk toward each other.

These tics lasted SIX WHOLE DAYS, and ever since then I continue to experience occasional twitching in my neck and shoulders. This usually happens late at night when I'm trying to fall asleep, or just really tired. Now and then I will experience an especially violent spasm that jolts my entire body.

On top of this, I find that my knees will periodically give out. I'll just be walking along and suddenly one knee will collapse under my weight as if someone had just come up behind me and kicked the back of my knee. It only lasts a second and I can easily catch myself before I fall, but it's unsettling nonetheless. Could these all be symptoms of MS or some other neurological disorder?

I forgot to mention that during that incident last year I started stuttering. I kept a record of the whole ordeal in my journal, so when I looked it up last night I remembered having a very hard time verbalizing clearly. Plus my diastolic blood pressure was high for most of those six days. Not dangerously high, just borderline. Very strange, though.

Quite possibly, but as Alex says, you need a neurologist.

It's funny how things seem to happen in restaurants.  I think I've had three 'neurological events' while in Cici's Pizza.  One time I had a similar incident pre-diagnosis - I suddenly started feeling very weird and out of sorts, and I got this buzzing sensation in my right ear that seemed to go through my head.

That is impossible to say with out seeing a neurologist. Have you seen a neurologist? If you have not and are concerned about MS one who Specializes in MS.
