Got my MRI results, Where do I go From here?

I got The results from My Mri Back This is what it says:

The ventricle size and brain volume are normal for patients's age. blah blah blah.

Incidental note of opacified left maxillary sinus which is also hypoplastic, suggesting post inflammatory left maxillary sinus changes appears to be of chronic duration. I know I have allergys!

Ok, so it it shows I don't have any lesions which shows I don't have MS, thats great!!! I'm very happy.

The Dr. sent me for Lyme Testing. It came back Negative. Wonderful too!!!

But My legs and feet still are numb and hurt, my right arm still goes numb and can't use it at times. and my  eyes go wacky,  My Dr. put me on Lyrica for my legs but it's not working, all its doing is making my legs swell and thats making them hurt more. I don't know what to do next. I don't see the neuro till the 31st and since the MRI didn't show anything he won't get me in any sooner.  I go back to my PCP on Tuesday, He thinks I have Firbromyalgia. Anyone know anthing about that?  What I've read about it the pain is all over the body but mine isn't.
Any input would very helpful.
Thanks
Sheri

I have had fibro through chronic fatigue syndrome and it varies, Sometimes it'll be in one particular spot only for a while and then it might change, or it could b in my whole body. Sometimes the pain changes location like lightning it's so fast.

I didn't get the numbness with it though, whereas I do now with whatever other thing I have. It was more an intense ache or stabbing pain.
