Yep, that sounds like what I have. I don't know what causes it, am going to be having some testing with my peripheral neuropathy problem (was just told yesterday "no MS") but that I have that PN issue instead. I guess it can cause a similar pain to yours?

Maybe someone with MS can speak to you and offer more than I can. This forum becomes like a second home pretty quickly, with folks offering help and support.

Have to go to the grocery store, I'll check back later and see what help you got. Hang in there!

I have been told I have MS it has been 2 years. This is my first flair up since my original diagnose. It just scares me because yes it feels like a vice write below my elbow toward my wrist. it will last a little will then just be sort of a quite pain then it just comes back

I once saw a blue butterfly, very beautiful!

Anyway, lol: what kind of arm pain are you having? Are you diagnosed with MS?

I have left arm pain, as if the foream is pressed into a vice trying to squeeze it as flat as possible. Sometimes this moves into the palm of my hand, as if trying to squeeze my palm through and through. It HURTS.

I am sorry you are having this, but I don't know if you've had a flair before?

I also have to add an honest disclaimer, I have been told I do not have MS.
