I think that it meant to say: "gliotic changes with mild volume loss in the right posterior frontal lobe"
If this was on an MRI report, it indicates there is evidence of gliosis (normally "Black holes on the T1 Sequences) in the right sided posterior frontal lobe. Someone just hit the wrong key,
Bob
You should probably read this wiki entry on gliosis - it will help you understand it a little better.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gliosis
Basically when they use 'gliotic' or 'gliosis' they're talking about neuron damage. So it sounds like you have some neuron damage in the right frontal lobe, at the back, and you have some mild volume loss. Volume loss means that your brain has shrunk slightly - or atrophied.
