There are to things in MS inflammation and nerve damage. If your symptoms are caused by inflammation when the inflammation dies down so will the symptoms. If the symptoms are caused by nerve damage they are permanent.
Rebif is not for symptom relief it is slow progression. Sometimes inflammation subsides on Rebif and you feel better.
There are medications to deal with nerve pain and muscle spasms.
