holy cow just looked at all my dx's through this last year

holy cow, I just looked over my doctors visit reports from the past year and can we say holy cow on the amount of dx's I have been given. Here is the break down. Now these are just what they put on my discharge papers. They are in no particular order. These are the only ones I have from the papers I still have

6th Nerve Palsy
Muscle Fatigue
Myalgia & Myositis
Periphral Neuropathy
Hereditary Progressive Muscular Dystrophy
Diplopia
Visual Loss NOS
Muscle Weakness
Visual Distortions NEC
Visual Disturbances
Color Defiency NEC
Macular Disorder
Emmetropia
Skin Sensation Disturbance
Urinary Incontinence

Ok you can dx's me with all of this but not with what all of this is caused by.

And my doctors wonder why I am beyond frustrated. My pcp referred me to another neuro but I havent read really great reviews of this doctor. The only MS specialists around me either dont take my insurance or are affiliated with the neuro's I am already seeing. I am stumped as to what to do next.

Anyone know what I should do next? I cant keep going at this rate. I am always exhausted, always in pain, always weak and NO WAY CAN TELL ME WHY.

Sorry about rambling and venting some. I am just frustrated beyond belief.

These were my discharge dx's. The skin sensation thing was for the combo of failing the sharp, dull test, having the feeling of bugs crawling on me, having the feeling like you have water running diwn your leg or like you pee'd down your leg when you didnt, and the constant feeling of being itchy and the feeling that my skin is on fire and hurts.

I am located in Pittsburgh Pa. Well thats the closest big city to me that is 50 miles away.

The funny thing is, is that nobody in my family has MD. My mom years ago was dx'ed with metabolic myopathy.

I am not sure how to locate an ms specialist further away from here.

Thank you all.

It's okay to vent. I'm curious about the skin sensation...I have that. Does it simply feel like your skin just "hurts".... ? I get that every so often. I'm sorry you're having trouble finding a Neurologist .... where are you located? If you don't mind me asking :) Now the list you posted, are these the symptoms you told your Dr. OR are they the listings that you Dr. came up with?????
Hang in there.... uhhh something we don't like hearing either.
