Hi Angel    It takes a long time to adjust speaking from my own experience.befor i had a diagnosis and once i was diagnosed i went through the cycled through the stages of greif. I felt guilty for not being able to work anymore. Now i have adjusted to my diagnosis. I try to do stuff in spurts insteAD of all at once. I try to get some form of daily exercise although it is not as agressive as i used to exercise. my dr. is very adamant that i keep exercising several days a week to keep up my strength. I do a lot of stretching in the pool sometimes water aerobics.I try to just rest through most of the fatigue in the afternoon.
