Hi and welcome,
The symptoms you've mentioned are very non specific, too wide spread, random, all peripherals which are not the types of symptom pattern that is suggestive or consistent with a neurological condition like MS.
Its not uncommon to experience higher stress levels when significant life altering events are happening, the closer the event the higher the anxiety. It doesn't take long before it can start causing pressure-stress headaches, your blood pressure to rise, and or cause panic attacks.
Anxiety escalates if left unchallenged and will eventually effect your sleep quality, making you feel very tired, unmotivated and less active during the day. On it's own accumulated sleep deprivation can cause you to feel fatigued, foggy brained, light headed, faint, clumsy and off balance but when you neglect your diet it can rapidly snow ball....
An inappropriate diet will eventually cause wide spread random physical symptoms (as well as cause the same or similar issues as sleep deprivation) as your body depletes its store of vitamin B, Iron, magnesium etc etc.
You said " i can't stop googling" I strongly recommend you to distract your self from googling and re-focus on decompressing and your college admission....googling symptoms and reading about medical conditions is well known to exacerbate and fuel health related anxiety and it would be in your best interest to get off the net for awhile!
Hope that helps......JJ
