MRI results

I just got a copy of my MRI report with and without contrast. It reads:
"BRAIN PARENCHYMA: There are a few tiny white matter lesions identified within the inferior frontal lobes best seen on sagittal FLAIR imaging."
"SELLA AND PITUITARY GLAND: Within the sella there is a focal area hyperintense signal prior to administration of contrast within the posterior aspect of the gland. This measures approxiamately 8mm. This poorly enhances after admiistration of contrast."
I had the MRI after complaining of headaches, blurred and double vision, pain behind the eyes, weakness, trouble concentrating, cognitive difficulty including forgetfulness and trouble speaking, tingling in right leg...Anyone know what these findings mean? Any help would be great! Thanks!!!

this is the report sent to my PCP. I am going to the neurologist in July. I will also be seeing an endocrinologist for the pituitary at the end of July. I have had blood work including TSH, sed rate, lyme and RA. All normal or negative. No further test have been ordered because my PCP likes to use specialist for evrything!
MS was mentioned by my MD as a possibility but he did not mention anything else. I have been having symptoms off and on for about two years. After a year I started keeping a symptoms diary. I went to the PCP for shoulder pain and brought the diary. He then ordered the MRI.
My symptoms would come and go every couple of months but last from a few days to a month or so. The blurred vision and double vision is off and on all the time. But all the other symptoms seem to come and go together. I have had cognitive issues like extreme forgetfulness and difficulty speaking. Lately I have been using the wrong word at times. Weakness in my hands, and legs. Pins and needle in my legs, HEADACHES!!!! (that gets capitals b/c they suck!) fatigue, sleepiness, pain-everywhere but mostly in joints. There are more but the nice journal I kept of them was on the computer and my laptop crashed...of course!
I know I should just be patient and wait to speak with the neuro but I have had absolutely no feedback from my PCP except to go to the specialist and it is driving me batty!

Thanks-Shannon

Not enough information to say.  Is the dr going to be interpreting this for you in a report? Do you feel comfortable with your dr's competence?

What other tests have they run on you?  Do you know what they are looking for other than possibly MS?  How long have you been experiencing your symptoms? A little more info may help us help you better.

The report means little with out a Doctor to compare it to history and symptoms and any other test results. When do you see the Doctor to get the results?  I know it is hard to wait but that is the best thing to do. Luckily my Doctors do not let me see these reports until they can explain them. I have misinterpreted them over the years via the internet. I am sure you are anxious to learn more hopefully your appointment will be soon.
