Headaches

Do lesions cause headaches or are headaches related to some other factor?  I have a quarter-sized area on the back of my head that throbs.  I was out in the heat this afternoon and have felt terrible all evening, especially with the headache.  Is this to be expected?

I'm not sure either.  I have read that people with MS that have had migraines previously have a higher incidence of them after diagnosis.  But, you didn't say if you had migraines.

The heat may have given you a "pseudo flare" and temporarily worsened your symptoms.   Are you still feeling poorly?

I have been suffering from constant daily headaches, but have other issues that may be contributing to them.

Maybe mention it to your neuro and see if they can relate it back to the MS.

Take care!  Pat :)

I'm not sure if it is related.  All I can tell you, is that I too have headaches.  I had strange feelings, like a small throbbing area that seemed more like someone was poking me over and over again, and my neurologist said it was a pinched nerve in my head.  I don't know, it might have something to do wiht it.  It is worth mentioning to your doctors, they would know better.
