My main lesion is a good-sized one in my cervical spine.   However, my neuro, whom I really respect, says my prognosis is very good.

Just having any lesions on the spine does not mean that.  But, having lots of spinal lesions does have a correlation to "more disability".  You just can't predict what that disability will be or how severe it will be.

Does that help?  MS is not very predictable.
