starting steriod treatment monday

Hello,

  I seen a neuro doc at ms clinic on Tuesday and he want me to get the iv treatment all next week.  I pretty nervous about this I didnt do so well on the pills.  I but took 20 predizone pills for 5 days back in Jan and felt pretty crazy.  I've been experiencing some new sx.  Ms hug has been feeling tighter at first it was more annoying then painfull now at times it is super painful also having pain in my legs and for about 3 days the bottoms of my feet killed, felt like they were on fire.
  I love reading in this forum everyone is so nice and helpful.  I've been having a hard time posting any questions i usually get half way and then delete it all.  It's getting better but part of the problem is i just don't think very clearly alot of the time so when i reread half the time it doesnt make much sense. haha

Hi,

Back last year my Neuro out me on Medrol - 5 pills a day - it was not an experience I would like to repeat.

IV Solu-Medrol I found was much easier to handle - and to be monitored as well, so I feel more comfortable with having people / Nurses around me to keep a check.

I have been having MS Symptoms this time since August and they don't seem to be getting better, I have been on Copaxone since end Dec.  anyone have info on Steriod treatments? I go to Neuro end of April and want to be informed.

Good luck with your IVSM treatment next week.  Maybe you'll do really well on it this time.  And in the end I hope your symptoms get better.
