can anyone help me make light of this?

im a 32 (almost 33) year old woman, mother of 2.  for the past 2 weeks...i have been experiencing  tingling thru out my body ...pretty random..goes from my left foot...to right arm...to left hand...sometimes get a "goosebumps" feeling on the side of my head. With that, i have twitching all over my body. everywhere! also random....arms, legs, hands, lips, feet. nothing is ever just on one side or one spot of my body.  very odd symptoms and ive never experienced this before like this. alot of websites are poiinting to MS or EVEN WORSE---ALS! what do you folks think? ive also read about BFS..anyone know anything about that?

thnks for responding, i have a neuro. appt next week..what type of blood tests? what would they look for? i might also add that ive been under alot of stress lately and i do suffer from anxiety pretty bad

sorry I can't help out here with any answers, have you seen a Dr?  you should get some blood tests done.  
let us know how things progress and when you see a dr..
