I used to have something called Tinel's sign. When I tapped my wrist lightly, an electrical shock would run up my arm.
Sounds like some nerve damage, possibly in your neck.
It could be something as simple as a pinched nerve. In MS there is Lmerittes Phenomina usually when bending forward. It sends shock sensation down your arms into your hand.

I have a similar problem, but only when I throw a ball with my left (non-dominant) hand. The pain is on the right side of my head though. I think it has something to do with the fact that the right side of your brain controls the left side of your body. Have you noticed which side of your head the pain is on?
I'm no doctor, but I think it's this:

i am very sorry you have this horrible pain. By posting in this forum, my guess is if you are wondering if it could be MS or not.
Have you seen a doctor about this? Have you had any x-rays if other tests run? My first thought is that it could be an injury or something going on with your spine. Cooper Manning, older brother of Peyton and Eli, had spinal stenosis. It was quite serious. If he was to be hit a certain way, it would have had very extreme consequences, so he had to quit football.
Also, there is a condition called trigeminal neuralgia. It can cause electrical shock sensations that can bring a person to their knees.
Without other symptoms correlating with MS, I don't think it is MS;however, I am not a doctor. I would see a neurologist or your primary doctor ASAP to get this checked out. You want to rule out anything going on with your spine.
