twicthing + spasm in Hand Neck

I;m a 34 year old male. A few days ago I started to get a twiching in my lower palm below my pinky finger. Not at all painful but every so often you see it move and goes away. Well later tonight I noticed my left side of neck is twitching. Not painful at all painful, They only reason why I noticed it was looking closely in the mirror.

This is making me nervous. Any ideas?

Thank you for your time.

Dear dr. simran.

Thank you for writing me back.  The fasciculation come at different times. However my neck seems to be better.

Where the  fasciculation is happening happens to be happening on a hand where I had a bad cut on a finger? Would that contribute to the hand doing if it was enfected?

Thank you again for your any help and getting back to me

Hello gr81lives,

I do understand your problem. It seems that there has been some minor fluctuation in the twitching patterns. Does the fasciculation come simultaneously? Are they in spruts? Answers to these questions would further help.
